Homemade sourdough flatbread wraps with borlotti hummus, beetroot in horseradish sauce, lettuce, rocket and land cress

Topping the paths

Metal poles form neat edges and make it easier to add new wood chips to the paths.

Compost getting too hot

 Turned the hot compost - five days in but at 75C it's a bit too hot.
